Existential Threat
The city of Niagara Falls bought the Armoury from the Department of National Defense in 2005.
The City Staff and Councillors at that time reasoned that :
Turning the Armoury into a Museum whould highlight and preserve our military heritage. Recognizing
the dedication and courage of the men and women made that made our “Country Strong and Free”.
What was true then remains true today.
Unfortuately there are some local officals who like to see the Armoury repurposed to either low cost
housing or a homeless shelter. Help us to support the Armoury and the Niagara Military Museum.
